TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to purchases from Neon Saints, a trading name of House of Fixy Ltd, company number NI734910. Our registered office is 14 Carnmoney Road, Glengormley, Antrim, BT36 6NH, United Kingdom.

PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and brightness can vary between screens and real environments. Natural, handmade or individually finished pieces may have minor variations that form part of their character. Dimensions, electrical specifications, materials and any installation requirements will be stated on the relevant product page.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where stated. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Payment is taken through the checkout methods made available by Shopify.

ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, payment is not authorised or we cannot lawfully supply the destination.

STOCK, PRE-ORDERS AND LIMITED EDITIONS

Stock quantities may be limited. Pre-order and made-to-order products will show an estimated dispatch window. Numbered or limited releases do not remove consumer rights. We do not guarantee that an edition will be restocked.

DELIVERY, CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Delivery is governed by our Delivery page. Cancellation, returns and faulty-goods rights are set out on our Returns & Refunds page. Those pages form part of these terms.

ELECTRICAL AND INSTALLED PRODUCTS

Use products only for their stated purpose and follow the supplied instructions. Where a product requires fixed wiring or professional installation, it must be installed by a suitably qualified person. Product-specific voltage, plug, rating and location restrictions take priority over general website content.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Neon Saints and GØST names, designs, imagery, artwork, text and other site content belong to House of Fixy Ltd or are used with permission. They may not be commercially copied or reproduced without written permission.

LIABILITY

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, this does not remove any mandatory rights or prevent you from bringing proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
