The work can be unusual. The buying experience should not be. Here is how NEON SAINTS handles releases, selected objects, commissions, delivery and support.
What is a Selected Object?
A proven external form curated for atmosphere, function or commercial strength. It is clearly labelled and never passed off as an original GØST design.
Are all images finished products?
No. Pages label concept visuals, development renders, physical prototypes and finished product imagery. Final product specifications take priority over styled presentation images.
How do pre-orders work?
Payment is taken through Shopify checkout. The product page shows the estimated dispatch window and development status. Material changes are communicated before dispatch.
When will my order ship?
In-stock, pre-order and made-to-order products have different timelines. The relevant product page and order updates provide the applicable estimate.
Do you ship worldwide?
International checkout opens only where shipping, product compliance and parcel dimensions are confirmed. Other destinations can request a project quotation.
Can I visit in Belfast?
The Belfast base is not yet an unrestricted public showroom. Do not travel without a confirmed appointment.
Do pieces include authenticity?
Eligible original and limited releases include the certificate stated on the product page. Selected commercial objects do not automatically receive an original-art certificate.
What happens if something is faulty?
Contact us with the order number and clear photographs or video. Product support and statutory consumer rights are explained on the Warranty and Returns pages.
Can I return a limited release?
Limited edition alone does not remove consumer rights. Clearly personalised or individually specified work may have different cancellation rights, disclosed before purchase.
How do commissions begin?
Send the setting, scale, budget, deadline and references. Suitable projects receive a written route and paid concept proposal before 3D development.
How does trade access work?
Retailers, interior professionals, hospitality projects and approved affiliates apply separately. Pricing, channels, territory and commercial terms are agreed in writing.
