Neon Saints ships physical products from the United Kingdom. Product availability and the applicable dispatch estimate are shown on each product page and in your order confirmation.

UK DELIVERY

Current checkout rates are £4.99 for Standard delivery and £6.99 for Express delivery where available. Standard UK delivery is free when the order value reaches the threshold displayed at checkout, currently £100. The checkout total is the final shipping charge for your order.

IN-STOCK, PRE-ORDER AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

In-stock items are prepared for dispatch from Belfast. Pre-order, limited-edition and made-to-order pieces have separate estimated dispatch windows shown before purchase. If an order contains products with different lead times, we may dispatch them together unless we agree otherwise.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

Tracking details are provided when the chosen service includes tracking. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will contact you if we become aware of a material delay. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International checkout is opened only for destinations and products for which shipping, product compliance and parcel dimensions have been confirmed. Until a destination is enabled, contact us for a quotation. Import duties, local taxes and customs charges will be made clear where they are not included, and may be payable by the recipient.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the parcel and product and contact us promptly. This request helps us investigate with the carrier and does not reduce your statutory rights.
