RETURNS & REFUNDS

This policy applies to consumer purchases from House of Fixy Ltd, trading as Neon Saints. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

CHANGING YOUR MIND

For most goods bought online, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them.

CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS

You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. Please return it complete, secure and in its original packaging where reasonably possible. We may make a lawful deduction if handling beyond what is necessary has reduced the item's value.

RETURN COSTS

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct return cost unless we agree otherwise. If an item cannot normally be returned by post, any relevant return-cost information will be stated before purchase or provided on request. We cover reasonable return costs for goods confirmed as faulty, damaged or not as described.

REFUNDS

Where the cancellation right applies, we refund the item price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the goods back, or earlier when you provide acceptable evidence that they were returned.

PERSONALISED AND CUSTOM-MADE PIECES

The change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised. A piece being limited edition or made to order does not by itself remove your statutory rights. Any applicable exception will be made clear before you place the order.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photographs. Your legal rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depend on the circumstances and are not replaced by any voluntary warranty.
